SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- A Roseville couple whose baby was shaken to death is pushing for a law aimed at preventing such tragedies in the future.

Scott and Lorena Juceam will be at the state Capitol tonight for a vigil.

The couple would like to see a law that sets minimum, mandatory sentences for anyone convicted to shaking a baby to death. The Juceams' daughter, Hannah Rose, was killed in May. The child's baby-sitter is charged in the death.
