The trial is now over. The outcome was not as we had hoped but the aftermath of the proceedings were unprecedented. We have Bonded with what we are calling “our 10″. The jury that was intelligent saw clearly through the smoke and mirrors. The facts of our case were so clear that it’s hard to understand how 2 people were so well you know “dumb”.
Our city has rallied with our family and are supporting the retrial. I can’t even explain the feeling we have today as the beginning of the next phase is on. We are also pleased to let you know that we have been contacted by a major Civil Firm who is taking appropriate action against the Radio Station and the so called FORMER host who has committed fraud against the people who donated money to a Trial Fund that the Radio Station used to pay for reporters. This is our life and not the story some are simply reading and commenting on anonymously. We will honor our Angel Hannah by exercising every single legal channel available to her. We have no vendetta or anger in our quest to have those who did wrong and attempted to make a name on Hannah pay the consequences for their actions. The Hannah Rose Foundation has been named on the Shaken Baby Syndrome Task Force for California and we cant be happier about that……. Thank you for the support.
