Dear Friends,
We are disappointed in the outcome of the “first trial” and are now very prepared for the “second one.” Hannah would be proud of the fight we have given for her. We are moving forward with the fight against people who shake babies and people who say it can’t happen this way. We will keep everyone informed of our progress. Keep an eye out for a website that is going to implicate the scam doctors who came here and lied on the stand for a paycheck. I promise you we will not let them off the hook. One of the doctors is already being looked into for lying and distorting his credentials to Sutter Hospital. Whatever legal channels we have available for Hannah we will exercise her rights. We continue to ask you to let the District Atty’s office know that you want this person prosecuted for Killing Hannah on May 11Th. We are feeling very confidant that the proper outcome is only months away. We are starting our life after this trial with hope and promise of a positive future for Jordan & Benji.
