Shaken Baby Syndrome

1,200 and 1,600 children die every year in the United States from SBS. The Hannah Rose Foundation was formed to raise money to educate people about the fatal consequences of shaking your baby. It is our mission in life to prevent this from ever happening again to any child!

Trial is on break until Oct 1st.

Tuesday, September 18th, 2007

Dear Friends,

The trial is on break until Oct 1st. This was explained to our team early on that there would be a small delay within the trial. Everything is going as planned. We are doing the things needed to stay healthy. The trial has been emotional for all of our family but we are sticking together as we should. Please join us in Auburn Oct 1st in the Historical Courthouse off of Maple Street in downtown Auburn. The trial schedule is generally 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Dept 3. We could use all the support you can give.

Case Update

Wednesday, September 5th, 2007

Dear Friends,

The trial is well on it’s way for the second week of testimony in Hannah’s case. Today the Police will go through the interview and confession of our former nanny. We are in court 8:30am to 4pm, located in the Auburn Historical Court House, Downtown Auburn, CA in the Domed building. The exit is Maple off the 80 freeway in Auburn. Lorena is giving me and the family strength in ways you just can’t imagine. My wife and I are reliving the tragedy like groundhog day. We will soon have the chance to live on without a court proceeding determining our life. Please pray for the right outcome and join us if you can. Thank you for being there during this difficult time.
